Im again having latency issues in the east coast and it could be because of frontier again? Its not as bad as it was at 150ms but it used to be at 40 when it was fixed 8 days ago and now its at 80 in all blizz games but other games I have low ping. Please help?

It looks like ~65-85 is average for your ISP. They may have changed routing for some reason which resulted in an increase in latency. Though overall since the latency you are reporting is on par with other users on the ISP I would not recommend too much for troubleshooting on this.
The best I can say would be to contact the ISP to see if they are able to improve their routing. I have seen some users try a VPN service but that is not something Blizzard support agents can recommend to users.
