Latam server work wrong

The Latin American server keeps crashing. I’ve been penalized twice, today is the last day of the Drives and I can’t complete it. I’m missing two checkpoints and the server won’t let me play!

They should send it for maintenance and, at the very least, extend the drives a little due to this problem. So that those who can’t access the game due to server problems can complete it.

I also read: “No one from the team is here.” I really feel like the support team is just mocking us…

According to their post “Leaver Penalties and Technical Issues,” server failure is very “rare,” but it happens constantly. It’s not rare, and even if the ban is unfair, the explanation is “It’s because it’s unfair to the rest of your team or players.”

What if you’re in a group with friends? Isn’t it unfair that you can’t play with your friends? Overwatch’s rules regarding this should change. It can’t be that if the server is down and they acknowledge that it is, they don’t fix it and just tell you, “That’s the way it is”…

I’m upset with the support team. They’re not doing their job properly…
