Kaplan has already said no more hero releases until OW 2 which won’t be out for another year at the earliest. So a minimum of 18 months until the next hero. At which point they are releasing 6 heroes which will probably be 2 dps, 2 tanks and 2 supports. So no. You only have to wait a year until there are 19 dps, 9 tanks and 8 supports.
