You have some nice ideas, but this is definitely not the thing that Moira needs.

It’s so many changes at once I can neither view the patch as a whole nor the individual changes in a meaningful way.

I can cherry pick what I do like but I neither like all of this in a patch nor the vast majority of the needless changes

Does this need to be reverted? Not really

I feel like change just for change isn’t really what the devs like to do, so half this patch being ‘unrealistic’ is a forgiving way to describe it.

Tl;dr- I’m more with Jeff Kaplan on this one: would prefer taking things one step at a time.

What heroes are over/underperforming?
What do players want?
How can we change an interaction without overbuffing or overnerfing a hero?

Stuff like that.

For the record, Mei’s slow isn’t from 10-80% right now. It’s 20-70. it was 30-90 if you’re looking to revert. You also missed the changes on her ice wall entirely.

I’d like to propose that no one can charge their ults while their ults are active/in effect. The idea that Wrecking Ball, Ashe, Torb, for example can charge an ult while players are being killed BY said ults getting charged up is a bit silly.

ill hope you mean increase, but ults in general feel like theyre generated at a good pace without dominating the game

okay i guess if you want more of a shieldbot playstyle, which ig is preference

removes any self sustain of orisa outside of her barrier, she wont be able to contest points and would only be playable on first points of 2cp maps like hana and volsk if we forget sym exists

Tbh there are some changes that I don’t like, but it’s kind of okay. In my opinion, Brig’s passive is a problem, and with Mei buffs I’d make her primary fire not pierce through enemies

its a minor buff for lower ranked players, and a hard nerf for high ranks where scouting is actually a thing

By " high ranks " you mean OWL ?

Because even in GM scouting is weaker than mobility and regularity and even with 6 sec stealth Sombra can do basic scouting well

If it takes 9 seconds to deplete 900 barrier health, Orisa will always have barrier ready to go, and never ever take damage.

At 25% reduction, it’s no better than armored health. Additionally, it will never be needed since Orisa’s barrier will always be available.

At this point, you’re just encouraging more double barrier plays. Which means more damage negation.

Again, encouraging more double-barrier. We’re now able to cover at least 2,900 damage just with barriers alone.

He’s already immune to headshots while in this form, in addition to Ironclad further reducing the damage dealt and limiting the crowd control effects on him. Adding 100 armor here is pointless.

Once again, the game engine for Overwatch cannot do this. When Echo Duplicates, its the same thing as Pilot D.va hopping into her mech.

You’re going to need to come up with an extremely good reason why Pharah’s 120 damage rockets, Junkrat 120 grenades, Sigma’s 55x2 damage orbs, Symmetra’s 120 damage orbs, Bastion Tank’s 205 damage per shot, Hanzo’s 125 damage arrows, and Widowmaker’s 120 damage shots can all be damage boosted, but Genji’s 130 damage dragonblade cannot.

It was underperforming at 60 damage.

Why does Reinhardt get to have 6 seconds on Firestrike for 100 damage per target then? Why does Echo get to have 180 damage potential every 6 seconds?

So combined, level 1 charge does 45x3 +75 or 210 damage per second with 60% slow. Every 200 health hero will be dead in less than 1 second with no time to react approriately.

Also how does this work exactly when its cancelled? Does the momentum stop and she just falls to the ground or does the momentum continue and carries past the grappling point?

We’ve been here before, 75 armor is still better than 125 health.

Between these two elements, Brigitte is passively mitigating 15 to 20 damage per second and combined with her barrier, up to 500 damage negated. She’s effectively as durable as Zarya, if not moreso.

Moira doesn’t have this. It’s a fixed a number of 20 health per second.

Basically, it’s shifting everything back into a GOATS playstyle, or (since the composition wasn’t change), pushing it towards a double-barrier composition again.

Most these changes are knee-jerk reactions to forum postings, without really considering their effects on the metagame or the playerbase as a whole.

If so then why pro sombras like Codey fitzy and mightyy considered It as a Nerf on PTR?

300 armor doesn’t affect anything, the regeneration rate needed to be buffed.
