Lag spikes on PC, but not on PS4

Hello,

I have been playing Overwatch on both PC and PS4 with no connection issues for a while, until I recently moved. Playing on the PS4 is perfectly fine, but now I get major lag spikes every few seconds but only on the PC.

I don’t understand why playing on the PC would lag, but not on the PS4? They are both connected via WiFi with a pretty fast connection speed, just like they were at my old place.

I ran WinMTR as it was advised in other threads, but I really don’t know how to read it. I imagine it’s something ISP related due to the recent move.

Any help would be appreciated!

There looks like a package loss in one of these sections I’m assuming. Although I’m thinking it could be a GPU issue. If it’s an ISP issue you’ll probably have to talk to Support and they also may want you to talk to your provider about a potential bug or route they may want you to let your ISP know to fix

Your delay between the PC and router is extremely high, reaching 2852ms. It’s either the cable, the port, the router, or your network card – since you’re not experiencing this on console.
