i get lag spikes like every five seconds but my ping stays fine, i think its packet loss but i dont know what that means can somebody help me please i dont lag on any other game. and im on wifi
Consider using ethernet instead of wifi. If you are unable to use ethernet try using a mobile hotspot or even better: mobile tethering.

I have been recieving multiple disconnects while playing overwatch which floods and shuts down my whole internet for a few seconds. I ran a wireshark log and recorded the event as well as input these logs into gemini AI for assessment (below) which seems to point at an unrecognized packet labeled “WOW”:
