Known issues isn't accurate

The “known issues” post describing console player’s statistics is incorrect. The official post is here. That post says:

We are now working on restoring stats from Overwatch to all Overwatch 2 console accounts and will do that for all console players.

That is not accurate. No one is working on this any longer. They have done all they can do and whatever is broken now is unfixable and is not going to be fixed. If a console player opens a support ticket about this issue, Blizzard support will reference that official post in their answer. The official post says the problem is going to be fixed, but the actual answer is that problem is not going to be fixed.

I’m not grousing; I’m asking for an accurate official response that lays out the actual situation. It is not helpful to ask players to read a post that says “this problem is going to be fixed for all console players” when the actual situation is that Blizzard has done all they can do and they can’t do any more. Just make the reference material accurate. Either edit the official post to reflect the current state of things, or author a new official post so that Blizzard support can send players to an accurate post.
