Does anyone else find strange that unlike Hanzo, Genji, Zarya, Mei (is there more ?) we (playing as kiriko) hear her voice line in english instead of the her og language ?

This is the case for every support that ults.
I don’t know why they treat support ult voice lines differently.

Because hearing an ultimate spoken in your native tongue (your game client language setting) is supposed to sound more recognizable and coherent and therefore friendly, just like how you are all
warm, supportive and friendly! Meanwhile, your counterpart support on the enemy team blurts out scary-sounding foreign language because they are bad and mean to you and your teammates!
Contrast this to when you ult as a tank or DPS, you are not doing so to be warm and friendly (regardless if you are ulting to be stalwart and protective of your warm and friendly supports); therefore the ultimate you hear being voiced is likewise going to sound seriously scary—just like you!

Foreign language scary is your reasoning?
Ive heard Pharah, Soldier, Reaper, and Junk all yell at me in English while killing me and its never felt warm or supportive.

It’s based on this nonsensical internal logic they use that says every support should say the ally line for the player, which is always in English or the native language of the game. It came to light when they changed Brigitte to fit with it. She used to say her proper ult line in her language before they changed it.

Neither, its so weird. I wish support’s had their voicelines in their native language. Remember that bug Moira had where she spoke in Gaelic for her ult for the user as well?
