Since the One Punch Man update, Kiriko will not teleport to some teammates.
You can target them and she will do the animation but not go anywhere and gets no cooldown. You can spam it as many times as you like and it wont work.
It is not a ping issue, but I have seen multiple people complain about this so it might be a server issue?
With her Suzu, it just doesn’t work some matches. I know ping difference can cause differences between you and the attacker.
But I have had it where the Suzu shows on my end and the enemy’s end but it still doesn’t exist. 50% of the time, the cooldown wont show either.

I thought I was going crazy, I keep fumbling Teleport with Susu suddenly. And yeah, teleport will do the sound and animation without teleporting me lol. Hope it’s fixed in Season 4
