I have claimed the Kiriko skin from watching 2+4 hrs of twitch and can show that my account was linked to Prime Gaming at the time, but I cannot unlock the skin in OW2. I found out later that Twitch is separate in Bnet, but that should not affect my ability to unlock the Kiriko skin. I can immediately show proof of claiming the skin. Please help.

This response lol. There are countless people that claimed both drops on FRIDAY night and have not gotten one, or both yet. I never got the voice line but got the skin. I claimed the voice line at 7:15 PM EST FRIDAY NIGHT (October 7th!).

same here, I redeemed 3 days ago but in my game it says blocked until now.

Not sure why my response is funny, that’s the experience I had. I don’t work at Blizzard so I have no control over when you get your skins/voice lines.
Wait a bit longer is not a valid response when people like me have waited for over 3 days now. It’s clearly not working and requires a fix by Blizzard.
I submitted a support ticket a couple days ago with screenshot proof, showing my claimed drops and how I have the skin in game but not the voice line.

I also claimed both the voice line and the skin on the first day of the drop campaign and have only received the voice line and have yet to receive the skin in the game.

Yep same, it’s been since friday. I have the voiceline but not the skin. I’ve submitted a ticket but still no answer so eh … we’ll see if I’ll ever have an answer or if I’ll ever get the skin

There’s a tweet with blizzard acknowledging this known bug. This means just have to be patient which is unlucky for us.

I still have not gotten my skin from the twitch drops
I claimed my skin reward like four days ago, I got the “my Friends” voiceline immediately, but still no skin. seems like quite a few people experiencing this issue, has anyone found a fix? I even bought the battlepass thinking the lvl 1 Kiriko thing might trigger it but nope, just wasted some money for no reason

I’ve had the same issue. Claimed first night of drops being available. I’ve received the voice line but still no skin. I haven’t bothered trying to contact Blizzard for it because I know they’re going to be useless to respond about it… So many people with the same issue tho!

Same issue here. I claimed it the same day the drop was being live/active. Still havnt seen any of those drops in Kiriko. Its almost a week ago

Same here, not sure if the drops will expire after being claimed or not but another day or so till they expire. Never did a twitch drop before but i did everything correctly to get said skin. Absolutely nothing.
Guess what? It’s almost been a whole week and I still don’t have the “My Friends” voice line.
