I was messing around in the workshop and noticed that kiriko’s kunais aren’t treated as abilities. When i had logged the event ability in the console it returned ‘0’ instead of ‘Secondary Fire’. Because of this I can’t detect when kiriko does damage with her kunais.

Correct. Same with others like D.Va mech (primary) or Lifeweaver (both), and other bugs Blizzard will never fix because they don’t care about Workshop any more 
I have an Excel with all abilities and if they work or not… There are so many bugs that it limits the creativity.

Upsetting; I planned to rebalance all of the heroes similarly to the “alterverse” ltm.
Instead of focusing on her current ability (or lack thereof), disable her secondary fire and have the Workshop crate new projectile elements when rclick is pressed/held.
