Since the current server updates on 07/04/23, Kiriko will arbitrarily fail to teleport (approximately once every 5-6 times) to other players, despite the audio cue and animation playing. In some cases her ability will remain off cooldown and other times it will go back onto cooldown despite failing to successfully activate.
