Kings Row = Dope Map

More maps like Kings Row would be so cool. Dont think anyone has said it, but good job blizzard, on making such a fun map like that, where any strat is viable.

I like Kingā€™s Row because thereā€™s no opportunity for environmental kills (until the VERY end) and the mapā€™s ceiling is lower. It promotes close combat and is a little bit of a challenge for high-mobility heroes. Thereā€™s a reason why Kingā€™s Row generally had a different team composition in OWL :slight_smile:

I would love more maps like that. Route 66 is somewhat similar, but the ceiling doesnā€™t change until the last stretch.

I actually think Rialto promotes a lot of close combat fights similar to Kingā€™s Row.

Iā€™ve yet to try Rialto. Only played a bit of it, seems pretty nice tho from what Ive seen.

As long as itā€™s not the Horizen map, Iā€™m happy to play it.

I wish Blizzard would edit that map in some way, just so unfun.

One reason I hate ilois is because all anyone focuses on is being Orisa and Lucio and pushing people into the hole.

They are, a few of the changes to Horizon were leaked accidentally a couple of weeks ago. Thereā€™s a video of it on youtube.

I still love kings row as my fav map in the game.

though i must admit junkrat being meta and kings row suiting him so much has kinda left a sour taste in my mouth about the map.

Kings Row is my favorite maps hands down. I wish theyā€™d make a lot more like it.

Rialto is a close second. It has, so far, felt really similar flow wise to Kings.

they are removing some of the rooms on the left advancing to point A, there are unbreakable cover spots on the high ground just outside of point A, and some of the rooms on the right are still present but have changed ā€œI thinkā€ its been a while since i watched the video from the PTR. I think point B got changes too, but i canā€™t remember what. but it was ALL subject to change still as they were just ā€œtrying it outā€. c:

Kings Row and Route 66 are probably my fav maps in OW. But somehow i really dislike the last point on both maps.

Every new map after Oasis excluding Rialto sucked.

I never really liked Kingā€™s. Even though I play Ana and playing with Rein is really fun for me. I always liked Numbani more. Kingā€™s feels way too cramped for me.

Im from London, so I guess Im used to feeling cramped and thats probably why I like it lol. They did a good job representing the city, even if its in future. Defo got london vibes for it.
