Kicked for inactivity but not my fault!

Hello,

So I just got into a comp game on Blizzard World defense.
I selected Sigma and as I was walking out of spawn I wanted to switch to Roadhog, so I quickly hit “H” and it brought me to hero select screen (awesome!) BUT it wouldn’t let me change my hero nor hit escape to try and get off the screen. I was locked on the hero select screen, eventually resulting in getting kicked for inactivity. :frowning:

I can handle a 15 minute break, god knows I probably should take one lol, but this was simply not my fault and don’t like being punished for it :frowning:

Please let me know if this is something that has been happening or if this is a rare one time thing?? either way made me big sad boy

Unfortunately, there is not enough information to give a specific recommendation. This could be a connection latency issue, another program was causing interference, or it really was a bug. In any case, it is not possible to do anything about the penalty as they cannot be reversed.
