So my husband and I are both are experiencing this issue. We’ve gone as far as replacing keyboards, upgraded from windows 7 to 10, updated graphics card drivers, restarted computer lots of times, no background applications running…
Any help out there?

I have the same issue. I too, have changed the OS from 7 to 10, fresh install of nvidia GeForce with updated drivers, BIOS updated, no other applications running, antivirus off, blizzard streaming disabled, sound drivers removed, GeFrorce removed, limiting FPS to 30, then 60, then 75. New keyboard.

Been having this problem on and off as well. From my experience it appears to be strictly keyboard lag, while mouse is unaffected. the latency is around 45ms and other than keyboard, things seem to run as usual.
i downloaded a program to check keyboard inputs and the keyboard itself seems to be responding quickly (as shown by the keys lighting up in the program) but the reaction from keypress is delayed in overwatch. this happens only in overwatch and not in other games i have tried, and when it happens it even includes the chat. any type of keypress is delayed and its really making me walk into walls, i even fell of the edge once when trying to jump over a gap (jump not registered in time before its too late, simply walked down).
i recently reinstalled windows but i havent really played enough to see if its better yet.
edit: played some games now and nope, its not better. reinstalling windows and drivers and everything solved nothing.
