Switch some keybinds around on Mouse and key and sometimes they either won’t work or show previous bind instead of new set bind in game

I have the same problem and it’s a pain
i think i found the fix, idk tho for sure. if you click on the hero and change it there. this worked for me
This bug is still in game.
It occurs at random, mostly it works as it should, but sometime not, sometime it fix it self mid game, other times not.
It looks like sometime the “config” for keybinds is not loaded in the game correctly, and the game use the default keybinds.
I did remap or added many secondary option for different action.
I use Razer Tartarus, and before I used Razer Orbweaver so I had to adjust all what I need to have on hand.
Like Hero swap I have also on ť (using Slovak keyboard that’s why that T with diacritics, position on Tartarus keypad is 05), so I can’t switch during game, unless I press H on normal keyboard, even when H & ť are set and show up in options for this action. Call outs that I use often, I have set on the Tartarus’s thumbpad, which are just arrows keys, and when this bugs occurs they also do not work.
Or I want to tell something via voice chat, and can’t, because my ‘Push to talk’ that I have on mouse button 5 dose not work.
Note:
If keys are set directly in Razer’s Synapse, like if I make a profile for OW and change a key to other, like the 05 will be H, then I can switch hero… because the key now is the “Default key” for Hero swap now, but still, the rest will not work if the bug occurs, like the call outs that do not have default keybind or the ‘Push to talk’ on mouse will not work.
So it is for sure a bug in the the game.
It is very annoying & frustrating.
