Nothing you can do. Blizzard doesn’t care about your enjoyment enough to help anyone in timely manner.
Its not just on Overwatch. Same disconnections are happening on HOTS too.
Just gotta wait for the next big patch that may or may not fix the problem by accident.

It’s a problem that’s been plaguing me as well. This happened last year, too. My sister and I couldn’t enjoy Uprising because of rampant connection problems.
