Probably a hero with an AOE simular to lucio but it’d have to be small and the rest of his kit would have to be pretty weak.
that ability can work similar to the reflect ability of Genji. If Mamma Hong is a kung fu master, I can picture her reflecting melee attacks and stuns.

I don’t think she will ever be added as there was already a small media controversy about her. 
the developers still talked about her in an interview. they know about the controversia, but they haven’t said a definitive no because of that. so, they are still considering her.
I dont understand the controversia. If she is an asian stereotype, just change the skin and make that aspect legendary. And what is wrong whit her normal aspect? there is nothing offensive in her at all.
