She’s not exactly unpopular, she’s just not in every game like Venture was. And moreover she’s a lot less obtrusive than the latter tanky backline harasser, so easier not to notice over time.
I’ve been seeing her quite a bit (in low ranks). Maybe she’s less popular in middle ranks where people are afraid of playing off their main.

I think Juno’s problem is that she is pretty underwhelming over all. Definitely one of those, what does she bring that would be more valuable than nade, suzu, or a better speed boost.

Jokes aside, I’ve found myself thinking that too. She’s a jack of all trades, master of none, except she didn’t even master all trades.
Heck, I’d even say her ultimate is the worst support ultimate. I’d rather have Orisa’s original ultimate than one that forces my team to move. Most people don’t even stand in Orbital ray.

I got to hero level 10 during early access and just gave up after trying her once on the live game. I ain’t cut out for it.

i like her…she’s different…and her mobility allows me to experience support in a different flavor. not going to say she’s “great”, but she has a different flow to her…im not disappointed really…maybe more time playing her might change my mind but as of now…im like…“ok…this is fun”

She’s probably unpopular because she’s not an independent play-maker. She can’t get her own kills, and she doesn’t have a big, flashy move to kill or save people with. Idk if you can save a team with Juno’s ult, but I haven’t seen anyone successfully do that so far.
Juno kinda just feels like Mercy, but with a speed boost.

Might have to do with the fire rate nerf she got, the HP nerf most supports got, and the buff to backline dive heroes.
Basically Juno is free ult charge because she has no duel capability, her “survivability” is entirely reliant on the enemy team having the aim of cinder blocks, and zero counterplay to a hard counter.
For me it’s a bit of both of these things:
I’ve played plenty of matches where I struggled to multitask effectively and support my team with healing and damage as Juno and then swapped to Ana and immediately feel like my healing is more impactful and my abilities matter.
Juno felt good to play during her playtest and I’m genuinely unsure why they nerfed her when she was really just okay. I get they’re scared of a hitscan support being capable of dealing too much damage or healing because of consistency but Juno hits like a wet sponge. Her healing fall-off means she has to play closer to her team but she just doesn’t have the survivability to play in her effective range.
Her kit feels like it wants her to play far away for torpedos, mid-range for her healing, and up close for her speed boost. Not to mention you basically need to be right on top of your team for your ult to get any value.

She’s in way more games than launch Lifeweaver ever was, at least in my experience.

She’s way too squishy and doesn’t provide that much to the team, especially with Lucio being literally a DPS rn
Also more impactful at least for me. I know its a small sample size but so far i have 8hrs on juno with 57 games played and sitting on 60% winrate in qp compared to lw that struggles to maintain 50%.
I like her. I also played Ilari when people said she sucked. I don’t care. They are my girls. Ana and Kiri too, but everyone says they’re OP. All these ladies are fun to play. Sometimes your heroes are not the best, but you can do your best.

I think the devs should just have locked her for a week before releasing her in comp. A lot of players starting playing her without any knowledge of how her kit works.
