I just received the achievement notification for Welcome to Orbit, but i cannot find the pixel spray in my hero gallery anywhere.
Achievements are found under Challenges > Hero > Juno (to see the achievement).
And you have to scroll down really far in your hero gallery to find and equip it. Maybe try the filter and filter achievements.

It’s in sprays under progression. They keep changing things.
