Junkrat Needs Arrows of His Arc

In order to get rid of mine combos, we need to make his primary easier

So give his arc a visual representation

Then they’d need to do that to every arching projectile.

Pigpen, javelin throw, torbjorn primary, bap healing, immo field, hanzo arrows, bastion grenade, zarya alt fire, ashe dynamite, flashbang, suzu, ana nade…

It’d only be fair.
I vote that we don’t. It takes practice to know the arch of the projectiles, and that’s part of the hero’s skill floor.

I remember back in the days, we spamed zarya rightclicks to preaim grav. good times.

I remember being good at predicting hanzo arrows. I sniped heroes accross some straights really easily. My favourite being gibraltar first checkpoint cap. I headshotted an ana on the highground while they tried to run to cover.

Then the devs adjusted his projectile speed and i never hit anything again… (this was around 2017 i think…)

I think it could create a lot of visual noise for this kind of fastpaced game. In roboquest there is some grenade weapons with this and they cause problem when you need to fire fast.

Isn’t this linear?

No. If you throw far enough with the charge perk, it dips slightly.

I tried to javelin a mei off her wall far away and hit the wall instead.

Which is why i said we shouldn’t.

Huh, today I learned!

As if we need even more permanent visual clutter…

Might be more of a nerf than a buff in certain situations. Also, I’m a strong believer in you just learning the weapon instead of having it spoonfed to you (though some heroes do get things for free and in tiers north of PC silver, Junkrat isn’t one of them).

this is the dumbest frolick post
thats quiet an achivement

I prefer the quiet. Cant stand too much noise.

It would be cool if he had “shotput” option. Charge up and hurl that mine!

This could be used for Tracer’s pulse bomb! You are a genius! :ok_hand::ok_hand:

This sounds like something that would be best suited to practice range only. There are already workshop customs that allow you to practice airshot combos, I assume it’s possible to add some sort of arc tracker to these as well?
