nope, whenever he becomes remotely viable all his mains sneak out from the sewers to play as much as possible before he becomes trash tier again and they are banished back to the sewers

Junk Rat is the Go-To character for players are are struggling because they get incidental kills and think they’re doing great.

Claiming Junkrat is mostly accidental kills is the go-to for bad players struggling to learn to how press A and D, and can’t hit Junkrats massive hitbox that has a very easy to hit critbox if he’s looking at you.

Totalllyyy, it’s all just random tosses!!! Can’t possibly be we are calculating the trajectory of mines or our primary or anything. Noo never 
even in the code I posted earlier it’s showing it’s not a bunch of “random shots/tosses” and there are 100% better junkrats than me.
ASJ6ZY - i’m not even very good with him yet but a lot of people still think they can take a junkrat in rooms/small spaces and it’s just not true, they will get obliterated. I honestly have noticed more and more in the last few weeks people think they can take every fight and will think they are basically invincible so they will legit just run into me in a room and be one-tapped with my primary/mine combo.

Ive come to conclusion that a lot of players are just simply unable to compute that just because the reticle isn’t literally on someone, doesn’t mean the person wasn’t aiming for you.
It’s really funny when people on the forums call me skilless or boosted, or similar because I one trick Rat, yet I guarantee 99.9% of them can’t make it even close to my peak rank. And even then, the actual peak rats who can consistently stay in the Top500 make me, who only sometimes reaches GM, look like a damn bronze with how damn insane their aim consistently is.

It is merely an odd coincidence, or confirmation bias. Junkrat has a very low pickrate in just about every rank.

Ya THIS ^^^ Needs to be nerfed and/or removed.
Or you could learn how to play against Junkrat and not try to fight him in a small room.
Also, it has been nerfed significantly with the season 9 health changes.
It was only partially reverted with the 225 health changes that only apply to a handful of heros. And most of those heros are heros that require the Junkrat to be good to hit said heros.

Noo, it does not especially when it’s easily dodgeable and avoidable if you are dying to it you were out of position, trying to contest someone else and got out played which means you need to look at yourself and improve maybe take a different path to fight that hero, maybe choose a different hero to contest, maybe even just play different angles. If you play to a character’s strength of course they will feel strong, you are playing a game of chess at the end of the day.
People just don’t like dying on their mains so they want every other hero nerf’d into the ground so their’s can stay on top.

Reading comprehension is at an all time low. I’m not saying that there aren’t any good Junkrat players. I’m saying that Junkrat attracts low-skill player because they can get incidental kills by spamming chaotically. They can contribute minimally, while never actually able to optimize the gameplay.
so can a lot of hero’s… it’s not just junk rat most hero’s can spam into chokes or closed off area’s and do reasonably well it’s known as “spray and pray”. also, who are you to judge if they aren’t optimizing or not? if you are dying to them or lose to them obviously, they are improving or optimizing in some way to get value and capitalizing on your teams miss-plays.

I’m not offended I am just explaining that while you may think someone or a hero is low skilled or that they are just spamming chaotically it may not actually be that in actuality. A lot of junkrats especially really good ones aren’t just randomly spamming shots. But you will think that way anyways because you have a personal bias.

“Junkrat attracts lower skilled players” is not the same sentence as “All Junkrats players are low skilled”.

Junkrat does not have the pickrat in bronze/silver to justify the argument of attracting lower skilled players. I would argue the opposite, people might initially like the random spam kills, but will pretty quickly learn that doesnt work, and probably stop altogether after a few too many stomps in 1v1 situations.
