I just gonna quote myself from a similar thread a few days ago:

Pick Widow/Ashe and snipe him from safe distance. He can’t reach you with slow grenades (unless he goes some crazy flank on you).

Pick Pharah or Echo and be invulnerable to him most of the time (unless it’s a main/OTP with hundreds of hours who knows how to airshot in jump and drop tire on you from roofs).

Pick DVa, fly to his face, eat grenades and mines, then kill him (very easy if he’s not pocketed).

Pick Zarya and enjoy your 100 charge almost all match.
