It is the worst map. It’s not the design. It’s the colour.

They don’t work mate. They’re just as bad as the colourscaling in junkertown.

I as a Lucio main really dislike this map because it is very open and stuff and lame edges are blocking wallride/climb everywhere. There is a lip to many places which act as a cealing, making it impossible to not take LONG detours to get up on things. I can get up on most places but it is just a mess compared to other maps.

Grass is green, and pretty much everywhere. I have to chuckle at your disdain for that.
I thought OW made their colorblind setting more flexible than most games, I assumed it wasn’t that bad. But I’m not colorblind, so I can’t be a great judge on that.

hm, I honestly have no clue really being not colourblind myself, I can only assume that if its not filters but its not like the textures are green then its not graphical and it is some sort of layer, its perhaps coming from screen settings on your monitor, something may have gone weird.
When I updated windows a few weeks back it actually messed up my screens RGB colour balance horribly. Turned reds purple and such.
As an example most LED monitors have a problem with white balance and such, usually because of the way they are lit as well, this can mess with a ton of stuff visually if not tweaked properly or knocked off by something else.

They just have filters that remove red or blue. Yellow?
It does work, like nightmode on your PC. Makes it easier for your eyes to relax.
so the the problem is, applying CB filter corrects the problematic colours, but now all the previous colours that weren’t problematic, are now problematic.
Just looked in game, are you using Tritanopia as the CB filter? or is it one of the other two?
Tritan looks green for me but I assume it looks different for you given you are colour blind. Just grasping at straws trying to help.
Looking at the settings, I would say they definitely need more than just that. The accessibility settings are so limited

The map isn’t green tho, it is because you’re colorblind and it’s not like blizzard willndesign colors on maps for colorblind ppl.
That’s why they have colorblind options…Maybe they could add more colors to it or something so colorblind ppl could get a better view of the map or something?? I dunno…
I think there are other stuff that actually matters to talk about than a color on a map…It’s not that deep my guy.
The map is mostly brown though.
Is this rly the only map you have this problem? What is with Queen street, is mostly white and grey, or Lijang tower maps?
