OMG! So we have another Yokai situation. Where it does not work for everyone.
Unless you get a well timed D.Va bomb on the enemy team, your lamp stays up that long (or you time it perfectly) and your team is grouped up (good luck with that) then the conditions are less likely to occur.
It’s either bugged or the achievements got very specific criteria again.
Since hitting 8 is more than 7 it still thinks you haven’t done it.
Dva bomb works for that achievement?
Apparently for some it does, I never got it to work though 
I think it counts while it’s pushed through but not the explosion itself 
Same with BOB counting as a player effects some achievements.
