Consider: she is, in point of fact, the Queen of JunkerTown. She, quite literally, IS the Junker Queen.

Now, Odessa ‘Dez’ Stone is indeed a pretty badass name. Hopefully it gets used more. But, how many casual fans do you think even know Reaper or Widowmaker’s real names? Symmetra’s?
It’s the exact same idea, only a code name instead of a title. And, quite frankly, JQ sounds more badass to me. I hear Reaper I go straight to ‘sad edgelord.’ I hear JQ I go straight to ‘rules the crazy Junkers.’ And, having met Junkrat and Hog, that’s saying something.

Yeah, I know it’s not her real name. It still sucks as a hero name. No idea why people think I don’t understand the concept of how OW hero names work, good grief.

More typically, simply ‘The Queen.’ True in both British and even American news and media.
‘The Queen’s motorcade.’ ‘The Queen’s Jubilee.’

It would be like if they released Orisa as Numbani Defender. Instead, we know her by name.
Junker Queen is what she is, but it isn’t who she is. Hero names are usually personal names, nicknames or handles - not descriptions.

Roadhog, Junkrat, Wrecking Ball, Doomfist, Solider 76 and Widowmaker are all in a similar vain to Junker Queen.
Given that isn’t his name either, and was just the 76th soldier in the program, I think that is a really bad example for you to try to use as a counter example

It’s also his chosen name as a vigilante, so it isn’t a terrible example.
Junker Queen was her chosen name, so, I think it is
She seems to refer to herself as “Queen” more than “Junker Queen”. IMHO that would be a better ingame hero name.
