Pause and play, bar is always glitchy for me to the half of update.

Try using a free VPN like TunnelBear to switch your location to the US and try installing it then, worked for me.

Still nothing for me. Im on “Waiting on another update” now. Fix when?
try closing all blizzard instances in task manager it worked for me
Still stuck at “Fetching download manifest”
Tried the following:
- Rebooting PC
- Disabling anti virus
- Disabling firewall
- Changing DNS
- Scan and repair
- Pausing and resuming update
- Restarting the launcher
- Using US VPN
- Using a different region before logging in to the launcher
Good luck everyone. None of the above worked for me.

Nothing worked for me either. Its not an issue you can fix, blizzard has to.
Open task manager (ctrl+shift+escape) and end task for all the Battle.net processes.
Guess what i did already?! I did this multiple times. I restarted my PC multiple times, restarted Battlenet multiple times, switched Battlenet region to NA twice, i opened Battlenet as administrator, closed everything Blizz related in task manager nothing helped.

It went through for me. Wasn’t at first. I launched the game, it told me there was a new patch so I exited the game and then it started the download.
Friends, it’s finally downloaded.
