Trying to purchase the skin only as I’m not interested in the bundled items but it continues to say Purchase Failed. I tried exiting, logging out and back in, and still get the error message.

I watched a friend livestream them playing OW2 before I tried to purchase just the skin, he got the bundle and it went through no problem.

I’m not even able to buy the bundle, I get the same error, Purchase failed when attempting to buy the bundle for the skin.

For me, it kept saying “Requesting Price” & I can’t even buy it.

I tried to buy it, got error message and relaunched the game to see if that fixed it and saw that it ate my 2600 coins and no skin

I still don’t have the skin, but I was looking around my account and went to the purchases tab and see that the Mercy Bundle is queued. It looks like maybe its just a high volume of people are maybe buying and its lagging the system. (IDK about the crashing part of the bundle) I would recommend to check there if like me and the coins here taken and no skin.
