Ability: Nerf (makes character on the enemy team less powerful)
Ultimate: “We dont want you in Overwatch” (randomly kicks a random player from the enemy team from the game)

Ability: Wrestle

  • Causes a 10 second timer to appear, then the enemy player instantly dies.

Ultimate: Long range beam

  • Railgun ability that pierces through players and shields. Affected players instantly die. Including teammates.

Also, don’t forget his passive known as “Tigole” which allows him to mouth off towards developers, bypassing all chat filters, and can not be reported for offensive chat while playing Jeff Kaplan.

-when a DPS is doing too well with an ability, just nerf mercy and it’ll be fixed guaranteed

I feel like it’d be more appropriate to just have Jeff’s floating, disembodied head with glowing eyes as the entire character model. Skin variations would just be different hairdos and beards along with an occasional hat.

I know this is a joke thread but I’m digging the Nerf/buff ability ideas

Nerf=Damage reduction and or heal reductions
Buff=shorten reload speed

Ultimate: Tigole

Demoralizes the enemy teammembers and creates a grande new MMORPG.

For his ultimate he could dump a load of salt on the point, like an area denial thing, and it would disable all the enemy characters similar to a Sombra hack. To re-activate all their abilities they would have to jump off the salt and get washed (I.e. healed) by one of their teammates. If you don’t get healed/washed properly only a couple of your abilities return. This forces teams to run healers. Also Kaplan can heal his teammates & encourages them with feel good armour packs, the opposite of his salt mix.

It’s Jeff Kaplan he only needs his E button. Whatever he needs or wants to happens will happen when he presses it.
