As Brig player, seeing torb run at me with overload, if im not with my teammates, im most likely going to die, because Overload negates initial combo from brig and torb can deal enough dmg to take her out 1v1 over time.
It’s really scary to fight Torb as Brig.

I don’t get who this nerf is supposed to affect. Because the way he worded it sounded like he personally struggled against a Torb on overload, but from what we know Kaplan is a plat, so just a bit above average.
But that would suggest Torb is powerful in the lower ranks, but stats show otherwise. And its clearly not targetted towards the top percentiles, so I really don’t know what this is trying to achieve unless they have more planned for him in the future.
