I’m tired of goats bliz! I get everyone on the dev team is a rein main or something but we seriously need a better OWL viewing experience. Everyone has had a turn to be nerfed but the real problem. If he isnt nerfed soon the viewers are just going to continue to fall.
Wait… I thought goats was dead / dying? At least that’s what I’ve heard on the forums since the patch? Is goats still a problem?

Ok let me ask this, how would Rein be nerfed without making him lose his postion as an anchor Tank? Rein is one of the most balanced tanks in the game. Earthshatter is a not really something to worry about if both teams are running barriers.

Rein is not the problem in GOATS. Why do you think he hasn’t been touched?
If you recall, GOATS got enabled because of Brig’s release. Before Brig, it was all dive.

Nerf Rein and he’ll be completely useless in all compositions. With the armor nerf he already feels bad to play.
He is not even the enabler of goats, so nerfing him would accomplish nothing.

if you also recall, brig is being swapped out and goats lasted longer than how good she was, people also found out new strategies at that time. its not brigs fault either, stop blaming her

I wouldn’t mind reinhardt getting trashed, he makes creating good maintanks quite hard with his well overall designed hero.
He could be split in 2 and both would be great.
But we cannot kill reinhardt, he is a good designed tank. 
And he’s there since release.

I think he has several bugs.
His charge can suck you in from 1m away of his body and from above he can suck you in from like 2m above him. His ultimate is broken even thought it cant be blocked; i know he will do it, i jump right away and doble jump and nothing. I stay in middle ground to avoid it and nothing, i stay at his side pretty far and cant avoid it.

I wouldn’t call it balanced with how much his power shifts with game balance. The man is a troll pick one day, then a must pick the next. (Edit, not saying he is OP or UP, he just has weird design)
Anyways I could do with anything that makes Reinhardt less likely to induce a mirror match.

You can’t deny though that the previous strategy in dive was essentially what kept Rein out of the upper echelons all that time. Without the extra sustain that Brig offers, dive comps could literally run in circles around Rein.
Sure, there are certainly other factors in why GOATS is still very strong even now. But I don’t think many people would disagree with the statement that Rein is not the problem in that comp. The last time Rein specifically has actually been changed balance-wise was in May 2017 iirc. This was when his swing speed was increased by 10%; and remember that you’re not counting the global ultimate change across the board in that ultimate charge goes down to 0 instantly once Q is pressed.
