How many times does she get POTG for doing her ULT? How is not hiding behind a wall not enough? How is not able to kill her not enough? Yeah she does need a nerf this.
Map cover, shields, and a half decent lucio ult will usually do the trick. What is the issue here?

Considering how much cover there are on maps (even on KOTH and 2CP) no, she doesn’t. It takes awhile to go off, and it’s usually pretty obvious where it’s going to land.
How many POTGs has Junkrat or Hanzo got? Just because they used their ultimate and got POTG doesn’t mean they need a nerf.

Stop ranting over nothing, she is balanced.
There’s a meme right now: ‘Dying to Dva bomb in 2018’ It’s a good ult because it creates space, if you die to it you lack game awareness.

No silly, the ults (D.Va’s or otherwise) are not the problem here, the entire POTG system is.
It’s not that the ult is nearly as good as you say it is… it’s that you’re a bad player.
