Stadium has seen the implementation of several heroes that blind players can use to climb without effort. Soldier 76 and Juno lead the way in accessibility for visually or motor-impaired gamers. The dev team has painstakingly spent dozens of hours playing without their monitors on to make sure that Soldier can still be viable even without one. I think we should really take the time to applaud their efforts.
Its suprising to me people still think stadium is made for anything else than people thats struggle in regular ow.
Its probably also the closest to pve this game will ever have.
At last posting by Blizzard themselves, isn’t Soldier one of the least effective Damage-role heroes on Stadium?

Hm, I take that back, looks like it was Ashe.
He’s been the most-picked by MILES and he’s highly effective. Clearly he’s just popular because he’s fun.
I don’t see the point in complaining about bad balance in Stadium. That’s like going to the zoo and complaining that there are animals.
He is the poster-child for beginner friendliness, as intended. Him being effective, just means he’s been designed fairly well.
He’s the Jacky of Virtua Fighter, the Ryu, the… well not Kazuya/Jin… Law? Paul? Sol-Badguy. Terran Race, Humans of WarCraft 3, and so on.
I demand to know why my zoos never have insects, squirrels, great white sharks, blue whales, giant squids or chipmunks in cages!
I had no idea! How did you discover this, if I may ask?
