Overwatch is fun If you don’t play comp. Comp makes you hate everything. QP and Arcade makes it enjoyable.

I’ve gone back to QP for my fix of OW lately. I’ve gotten pretty tired of the BS team comps in Mystery mode. I love the idea of Mystery mode but they need to have some carry over on ult charge after death, and add some logic to hero selection so it’s less prone to entirely luck based steamrolls.
If I could consistently get a group together, I’d probably take on some comp, but I don’t really care about the rewards or rating or anything else so much as teamwork and fair fights. Since those are hard to come by (and it doesn’t sound like higher ranks get much if any better for the most parts)… eh
Events are repetitive/monotonous, adding new heroes won’t change, toxicity, balance.

I’d recommend playing with friends especially if you have a full team it’s really fun when we all scream at each other and laugh

Firstly - what is your definition of fun. Fun is different for different people. E.G, I don’t find doing a crossword fun

It is fun before I start playing it.
I do still find it fun…very much so and have been playing since the day it came out (this is an alt account). No matter what, unless the schedule just does not permit it, I will manage to get at least an hour of playing in every day.
Do I get frustrated and “tilted” and bang my desk? Of course! My wife jokes that sometimes all she can hear from our office room is screaming and yelling and “God ‘bad word’ damnit!!!” and stuff like that lol.
However I still love the game and understand the reason I get so angry is out of love and passion for it. I havent even given a thought about leaving or playing something else and it would take a HUGE crazy act for me to change the way I feel right now.

Not so much. Characters for me just arent as interesting anymore. Its trying to be way to competitive when it could have been a nice story game with a lot of heroes. They try so hard to balance the heroes out but it also just leaves questionable design choices…no. Fun in small doses, maybe a game or 2 if your goofing off, but no.
With faster updates, animation videos like before and a flat nerf to some heroes/ or more heroes to counter the obviously broken ones, the game would be more entertaining.

If I don’t, I don’t play them.
It’s funny how some people say no, but yet they still play. It’s either they are lying or like to torture themsleves.

I had a day where I won like 10 comp matches in a row.
(I didn’t hate everything 
)
I only enjoy comp, it gives me a reason to win and get better at the game.
