I never understood this voiceline at all. Its so random and out of place.
it’s actually scary true, almost like someone predicted it? 
Its a reference from something, but the gist is it means theirs a body in the refrigerator. Or body parts. Like he killed someone and cut them up and then put them in the refrigerator. To hide the evidence.

I feel like if you don’t know that reference, it kind of fits for him, and if you do understand his character and the reference, it’s just perfect.”
