See, that’s the thing – I don’t have to school you about Blizzard news, dev talks, etc. Just go read it yourself. The “just asking questions”, “provide positive proof” for dev/marketting/PR news told by Blizzard and discussed in these forums gets old pretty fast.
There’s nothing TO school. I’ve read those things myself, hence why I know they balance for every rank.

I’ve been gone about six months and was surprised at how slow the General Discussion topics move now. Way different than what I’ve been used to over the years.

YOU and the crowd of “they just balance around pros!!1!!!” is the one with no evidence. You guys just make up stuff in your head and then run with it.
One example, the entire reason that sojourn stayed broken for a year and half, was directly cited by the devs themselves to be because she was performing poorly in lower elos.
Yes… they balance across the board for the game. Their balancing just sucks, cause news flash! The balance sucks for high elo too.
