It is no longer possible to disable out of combat healing

At least, not without affecting other types of healing. The action

Start Healing Modification(Event Player, Event Player, 0, Receivers Healers and Healing Percent);

Used to prevent it, but no longer does. And there’s no setting in custom games to turn off out of combat healing.

Usually, you can do a “damage” rule of 0.001 damage every interval of the passive healing. I recommend looping rule every 2.5 seconds so you don’t have to make a specific rule for the supports (since non-supports must wait 5 seconds).

Bumping this up because this NEEDS to be addressed. A lot of gamemodes rely on getting around this functionality and there is no excuse to ignore it entirely.

nobody wants to hear heroes with half hp or less grunting constantly every 2.5 seconds though…

Nobody wants that, but there is no other way to disable passives atm.
