Does anyone else have issues with wannabe streamers? Not actual CC’s (I’m sure a lot of people already have other issues with them) but the idiots who want to be like them. Just played a game where my tank (rein) kept charging in 1v5, over extending, and just plain feeding. Yet managed to spam their twitch name constantly in the match.
Upon losing what started out as a very winable game, I went to see their “stream” they had one viewer, they threw my game, and ruined it for 4 of us, in order to play streamer to a single person.
How is this even allowed or encouraged as a thing.
they probably just fed and simultaneously wanted to promote their stream. Nobody wants to watch people walk back from spawn or die, it doesn’t feel good to watch (or play as /with)
i really doubt he turbo fed for that 1 person (who was probably himself on his phone so he can read chat- thats what I do when I stream LOL)
That’s possible, I just would have thought as the ventured into feeding, they would either listen to the teams advice, or at the very least stop spamming their stream, like you say, respawn simulator isn’t fun to watch.
idk I mean unfortunately there is no restriction on what type of person can turn a camera/twitch studio on. You can play like however you like. I’ve been boosted by a toxic smurf promo-ing their stream before (smurf ashe i mercy pocketed) and then I check in on them from time to time and theyre HORRIBLE to everyone in game and they dont care about broadcasting it. Some people are just like that
I ended up getting suspended for abusive chat for 2 weeks on my main account (scary af) a while ago because I was playing whilst drunk and obviously said some really choice things to people that I can’t remember, and that was very likely on stream. There isnt really a behaviour check beyond getting suspended in game or on twitch i guess.
