Maybe someone else has encountered this problem… I’ve reached out to Blizzard in several different ways and have only been supplied with stock answers.
My PSN disconnected from my battlenet account (there happed to be a timeout error when OW2 was launched). Now when I try to reconnect it, I get the “365 day cooldown for new accounts” message. The thing is…the message clearly states that previous accounts can be relinked.
There has never been another PSN associated with this battlenet, so I’m not sure what the deal is. Usually, when I get someone to actually talk to me their response is “Well the only thing is that it was linked to another PSN” It was not. Ever. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Or have a way to get Blizzard support to take your issue seriously? Like I said, I’m not even trying to connect a new PSN…it just won’t connect my previous account. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks!
