Issue With Black Cat Bundle

Hi there,

I’m just making a post on here to report an issue I experienced when buying the Black Cat Mega Bundle in the shop. It granted me everything in the bundle except for Tracer’s skin, which is absent from my hero gallery, but the game seems stuck between deciding whether it’s unlocked or not (sometimes it’ll say “unlocked” but is not selectable, and will prompt me to buy the skin for 1900).

Two key details that may be affecting it: I had already owned the Black Cat Illari skin, so maybe that confused the game when I bought the rest of the bundle, and I noticed that on the web version of the Overwatch store Black Cat Tracer isn’t listed as part of the bundle. In game, where I bought it, it is.

I reached out to customer support who refreshed my account permissions to no avail.

It did the same for me too, I literally have EVERYTHING else that was granted access to me accept for Tracers Skin as well so I don’t understand why it’s…doing this for only once skin.

I’m trying really hard to reach costumer support or find where to file this issue but I can’t cause I have never done or delt with this before so I don’t know where to go.

I really hope they fix this issue…cause this is frustrating.

I’m glad I’m not the only one, I DID contact customer support but all they could really do was tell me to make a post on the forums in the hopes that the dev team will see it and solve the issue.

Which is kind of frustrating, because I really do like that skin :confused:

samee, i bought it yesterday and i didnt received tracers skin. i think i didnt receive some others things like banners, icons either

I also had the exact same issue, hopefully it can get fixed soon and we can get the skin added to our accounts properly!

Same thing happened to me, when i submited a ticket all they said was to make a post here

It’s really disappointing. You would think for something like this (with actual money being involved) that there would be a more streamlined fix for it

I have the exact same issue. I didn’t previously own any of the items included in the bundle so it can’t be that. It really sucks because I bought the bundle specifically because of Tracer’s skin :frowning:

Same here as well but I only had some icons and sprays and got everything but the tracer skin gotta be something with that skin causing it but even after creating tickets all I’ve gotten so far is report it here

Same situation here. Previously, it was stuck on “Requesting Price” and wouldn’t update. Today, however, it’s showing the reduced price specifically for the Tracer skin but I already purchased the full bundle. It looks like something may have been adjusted on the backend. Not sure if it’s fully resolved yet, but there’s definitely been a change compared to how it was displaying before.

I’m having the same issue, got everything besides the Tracer skin. Support told me to write a report here, so throwing in a comment in hopes they look at it soon.

Same here, bought the bundle and it gave me everything except the tracer skin, didnt own any of the skins in it prior. Same on the 428 gold to buy.
