I quit playing APEX because my Master game is full of Apex predators using a controller who just rush and one clip obviously using XIM, same with Call of Duty, Overwatch QP… I am just out the moment crossplay is added and I cant disable it.
Like console players do get to disable crossplay but we are forced into it.

They should just make it that if Console peasants want to join PC master race games they have to use a M&K as a input, competitive should never allow crossplay though.

so xim can overcome rigging? when you win 5 games in a row with a xim then return for comment. besides cross play is invite only, as in console can only be invited by pc.
Its cheating but realistically reporting won’t do anything because blizz can’t really do anything about it

Yeah but give the XiM developers some time and they will eventually circumvent Ubisoft’s protections. Like I said, it’s a cat and mouse game in dealing with cheating.
I think Blizzard should take the “hands off” approach with Overwatch and just allow it natively but the trade-off is you get put in the PC Pool, and if you try to use XiM in a controller lobby, then punishments can go.
But I won’t say my idea will work fully, because i’m not aware of the console versions of Overwatch as much since i’m a PC player, but it may help to reduce the amount of people using those adapters.
Not to mention all of the higher elos on console are full of ximmers, which is why I don’t want to play comp this season with the map pools literally catering to widow rn and that on top of the aim assist is just a complete loss if the ximmer is on the other team.

Specifically I think the XIM itself won’t be since it is an official controller for the Playerstation.
The moment Sony gave it’s blessings… it was over.
Yeah, this was ALWAYS the right path, but it takes more dev time to make it happen, and… Blizzard is having trouble keeping it’s devs…
And that extends to Team 4 no doubt.
I really don’t see MnK often in my console GM lobbies. Good aim can’t carry you in this game.
