Is this where all the money went?

Imagine pumping all this cash to marketing when the game is in dire need of improvement and just proper management…

…mind you this is Activision’s M.O. not Blizzard’s.

So it’s the same guy who keeps talking about peak view changes in OWL.

But seems to deliberately ignore VOD views…

OWL was never meant to be taken in as a VOD. There’s no going around that poor excuse.

I’m kinda confused why you think that’s the case.

I mean sure, it’s a common enough opinion, but I never see any justification for that opinion.

Just “Bad because euphemism for bad” type stuff.

Overwatch is a 10. There is currently no game that is anything like overwatch. Whether people wanna complain about overwatch or not, you cannot deny how well put together overwatch is within its genre.

People like this idiot can hate on overwatch all they want, but the fact is his covering of the review of overwatch holds no weight at all since all his career he’s been hating on it.

Don’t forget the American Dad episode. If you haven’t seen it then don’t. It’s the most cringe worthy thing I’ve ever seen in my life…

OWL’s intended function was to be a live sport. Because why would watch a replay knowing you can already check the result? Not only that but you can also wait for someone to condense it into a more watchable video with all the fat cut out. On top of that they also didn’t/couldn’t carry over all the features added to twitch that made it more accessible for those invested, so MORE wasted investment that could have gone to actual game development. Imagine if that funding went to a proper replay system with more intuitive functions instead of half baked tack on to the more in depth OWL version. The EXACT same problem they’re having here. Sinking money into marketing when the game is in an awful state. Blizzard should know word of month sells games far more than fake hype articles. Current word of mouth is to avoid this game if you have better options.

There are so many cringy ones.
Which do u mean

What do you mean ? American Dad isn’t meant to be serious. What’s cringe on it ?
The fact that they play Overwatch even if “hugugu OveRwAtCh Is DeAd” ?

Overwatch was featured in one episode. It made me not play for like a week. It was that bad lol

So is that just a long way of saying “Google chat sucks”?

I love the game but can’t deny its a 5 at best right now. I’d love for it to be a 10 but that would mean turning a blind eye to tons of problems that needed addressing yesterday.

To YouTube I GOOOO

You have been warned…

Just, in case you don’t know, IGN is independant and Activision had no info about this review until it was published. If you think otherwise you are probably dumb

Its a way of saying they are selling to someone that’s NOT their main demographic and expecting that demographic to follow. A stupid mistake a lot of companies are making these days.

I literally came to this forum in order to vent frustration over the state of the game and what utter trash it is, so this is… Hilarious.

To think that Overwatch is a 10/10 is… Man. Delusional would be the kindest word I could think of.

And your explanation for the American Dad episode?

Just going to ignore the wildly naive take on IGN doing “real” journalism.

Well I guess that’s just dependent on your views of what a 10/10 is. For overwatch on it’s own as an ow fan I’d say probably 7 or 8/ 10, but as a game, I give it a 10 because you literally cannot get its experience anywhere else. It offers something that I feel no other game on the market has come close to hitting yet.
