Is this a hacker?

Ight, so here’s the story, I joined a game with some toxic guy (average ow experience), he types “lmaooo” as a toxic person would. We destroy them in a team fight for overtime and I type back lmaooo back at them. After we lose the game how ever, I type “ggs”, however, it comes out as “Aw, shucks… You’re the best!”

…what?

So I assume this toxic guy did this… maybe? I’ve been doing research and I can’t find anything about this happening.

Could somebody explain if this was a hacker or am I insane for playing ow.

Do you have a chat filter on?

I do know that sometimes certain phrases are changed into other things because of the filter.

There’s no hacking here, lol.

nope no filters, tho why would it change “ggs” to aw shucks

I’ve always typed ggs and its never done that before

Don’t waste time reporting hackers, Blizzaed Will do nothing , but the moment you dare vent, suddenly you will get silenced, Blizzard protects them to keep numbers up, as the games near dead

You guys must all be new to OW, OP typed “ggez” not “ggs”, this filter has been in place for years at this point.

Yeah you didn’t type “ggs” but some form of “gg ez” which is filtered out with these sentences.

You have typed ggez which the chat automatically censors it with random prebuild text.
