Not even 1 in 2 games is close - we either stomp in 5 mins or get stomped, I have no idea who those people are but even in plat/diamond I constantly get matched against or with same players from previous games - while before this never used to be the case ?
Are there any counts of active players around that would exclude nature of people having multiple accounts ?

Only for steams portion of the community, which is not all that different from same point last year
