Is there any way to see what I was exactly banned for?

I’m not saying I should get an unban. I just want to know what I said wrong to get banned for 14 days. I repeatedly have gotten notification that I was reported for abusing chat. But I never know what I can and cannot say. I want to see the exact messages that got me banned please.

Just dont talk in chat period

You can get banned for saying anything if the game picks up that you use the in game chat. Easiest thing is just never speak and you wont get banned. L

Pretty much anything someone might find offensive and report you for it. Insulting people doesn’t help the match anyways, or change the outcome once it’s finished. To you saying someone is bad, trash etc might not be a big deal, but others might not see it the same way, and will report for it. And it takes consistently being reported in many matches by many different people to be actioned.

I’ve trash talked people over the years, but I rarely do it, so I haven’t received so much as a warning.

Anything someone else might find too spicy or even just t-bagging people can get you a ban.

You have to open like 4 tickets, each after the previous one is closed, to ask for a human being to tell you exactly what you said. Also if you’re rude to them they may not tell you.

Can confirm it has taken me 3 tickets to get a copy of what I said. They use to send it with email, now they send simple copy paste message.

Yeah, it’s a bunch of AI and the customer ‘service’, if you want to call it that, is trash now. You used to be able to call them and resolve an issue in the same day.

You also used to be able to live chat, both options have been removed to wor$hip the almighty dollar.

Want to hear something really crazy, I submitted a ticket 7 days ago. It still hasn’t been answered. Guess I have them scratching their heads on how to respond.

Maybe I said something that has them checking with legal if I can do what I said

its one thing they really just need to build into the game client.

So people know why they are being penalized. That way they stop making new accounts and just learn their lesson the first time.

Blizzard use to be really good about this. Especially in WoW. Their game Masters were awesome.

When I was in WoW. I did something I wasn’t supposed to in the game. I Didn’t really think it was a problem, until a game master messaged me and told me what was up.

Respectfully, I listened and stopped and never did it again.

Blizzard needs to go back to paid staff members that are “Game Masters” that police all of their games, including this one.

A BLUE “GM Post” should show up in an icon with a message that requires you to read it before you re-log and it should be a message from a Blizzard Game Master, telling you what you did, what you need to do (or not do) and go from there.

Even if it does not have a REPLY feature.

Game Masters are one of the key reasons I kept playing and paying for Blizzard products. Because they were there when you needed them.

Nope. I m asking about my very first account to be sure what I said (I know what I said) and no answers - and last time they threathend me that they close my whole Bnet account. This is the company of fairness…
