I have posted 3 different bug reports on the bug report section of this site, the official blizzard site. And all 3 have garnered little to no attention at all, I have gotten 1 total reply by what is 99% just another random player anyway, and provided little. One of these posts was months ago so it’s not just that they’re backed up/might take a while to get every one to be looked at. And, as I look through the bug reports others have filed, 60%+ have no response, and almost any response I can find to any issue in general is just “oh yeah me too”. It feels like I’m throwing a pebble at a brick wall. And yeah, they have a known issues list that is updating somehow, but it almost feels like the only issues that ever update are the ones that are massively impactful and noticeable, or getting talked about by larger creators (or the ones that affect their precious store, because money). Like there’s no point to me posting, there’s no evidence they even look at our reports here, and it seems they use twitter/social media to find bugs instead, based on what the popular people are talking about, because they can garner attention easily. And it’s not like I have a following and can just use that to my advantage. I mean I would like some kind of response, even if it’s something simple like “we’re working on it”, “we’ll look into it” or even something stupid like “it’s not a big enough issue at the moment”. Even just a marker on posts to show a dev viewed it, to prove every report gets looked at by someone actually at blizzard and that they give a crap about us taking time to report. At this point I might never report a bug again even if I find it. Why waste my time, might as well cut my losses and accept whatever it is. Anyway, posting here because at least this forum seems to get more engagement.

There’s really nothing else you can do though, put up the bug report, hope enough people “me too” to get attention from someone who actually works on the game.
the only way i found to get dev attention is to create a support ticket and put “Game: Overwatch2” in the title of the ticket, as well as a link and plaintext copy of the forum post
most of the time it gets passed over to a GM for OW2 and then to devs but its sort of trial and error
only other thing i can think of is to get streamers to bring attention to it but thats a whole other topic
Yeah, whatever. Of course I can’t expect an official forum for bugs in overwatch to get actually viewed by the devs. I have to have a small army behind me to have any chance of having a voice at all. Whatever. I’m sick of this.
It feels like they abandoned this place long ago. We’re going feral here.
