Yes, there are slight differences, But a Bastion Could NEVER Take on a Sombra in this current meta. Not On console, Not On pc.
(Even tho you might stand a greater chance, with Simple Controls, Like a mouse/Keyboard)
She’s invisible and can teleport. No place is a good place because Sombra can reach it safely.
So you mean to tell me that out of the 5 other players on your team, all of which should be in voice, and all can do literally 1DPS at minimum to cancel the hack, none of them can do anything to stop the hack or defend you after you do get hacked?

And to add to this, most of the time Sombra ain’t gonna hack you if her team is not pushing in, because why would she waste hack ? She does it when Bastion is already occupied.
And no offence to Console playera but I’d like to see you 180 her in the middle of a teamfight under 0.65 seconds, and don’t blame the audiocue here because most of the time in a teamfight you know… There is a lot of sound, Sure you might be able to on PC, If your reflexes are good enough, but on Console ? No way.
As I said, if the Sombra’s not an idiot, she will hack during a fight. Everybody is focused on not dying to the stuff they’re already fighting, they’re not going to instantly turn their back on a Roadhog staring him down because they hear a beep.

You aren’t always with your team, You aren’t always pocketed by a healer, And HELL I get hack killed without much time to react, Just walking back from SPAWN More often than not… After i get solo ulted by at least half of the other team, of course. Lol.
I’ma just watch OWL and look at how well the Bastions work. Somehow that’s all moot and magically doesn’t work - even though it does - because a few people on the forums says it doesn’t.

Ill say it again, I’m not trying to say she shouldn’t ever hack BUT, from a GM standpoint she is super good and her hack is always done. People have a hard time to do a perfect turn around and stop her hack from just directly behind. If people in GM have a hard time with it, theres a problem

If i’m remembering correctly… Bastion was picked once or twice, But shut down SO FAST That a Switch Always followed… Even on Junkertown. Which only has one map, Btw.
Again, two very good Bastion maps, should for example, mccree only be good on Routee 66 ? Or Sombra in Dorado ?

I didn’t mean to imply pirate ship on lunar colony. I meant to imply I’ve seen Bastion sitting in the hallways where there’s extremely limited access to get to him, but he can see out. There’s 4 or 5 spots on point A and 2 or 3 on Point B where a stealth hack is almost impossible.
