I have a Korean friend who understands English to an extent, but needs help and I also don’t know much Korean. Plus, it would be interesting seeing the differences for both of us!

Other than setting your native language on the PS4 to Korean, I dont really know, that may not even work.
I don’t think it’s possible. The pc system dominates the gaming market in Korea and China. The best selling console in Korea is the Nintendo systems. In the first, six months PS4 sold only 50k unites while Nintendo Switch sold that amount in it’s first month nearly 9 months after the ps4 launch. The xbox I’m assuming has the same poor sales as the Japanese xbox. Microsoft allocated only 1k xboxes for their Korean launch, which they sold out, but illustrate Microsoft’s poor sale expectations in Korea. In Japan, the xbox is out sold by the last generation or even older generation systems of Nintendo or Playstation.
Point is that outside of the United States and parts of Western Europe, the xbox has almost no market share. In Japan only Nintendo and Playstation have a significant market share. However, in China, Korea, and emerging markets, the pc is the gaming system of choice. Especially in China and Korea the gaming market is exclusively PC. The future of gaming will be dominated by PC gaming if the console systems can’t grow beyond the limited market of the United States, Japan, and parts of western Europe. The xbox has tried, but has failed miserably especially in Japan. Microsoft would be better off shutting down their Japanese and East Asian operations.

Change the native language of your PS4 to Korean, OverWatch will then be in Korean. I always do it with french so there’s no worries about it. (Just remember how to switch the language back!

Didin’t work. He left a while go, still willing to play but got called to go back, and I’m stuck here thinking “why”?
Set your PS4 on korean. Settings > Language > I don’t know what of these things is Korean

I don’t know, it doesn’t work when I log into the game with the language, it just converts back to English.
It depends what copy your game is. So if you have a US copy it’s probably not possible. Most PS4 games are regionally coded.
I just tried it with Korean, and it didn’t work at all 
You can definitely do this by setting your PS4 to Korean.

This was a long time ago, I think it depends in the region of the game? Because I lived in Canada, I was able to switch from french to english regularly and the game language would change too. But idk
