Is there a way to mute all chat?

Is there a way to mute the all chat? I know that I can hide the chat bar, but I won’t be able to see my teammates pings . It very annoying when running into those toxic players on the other team who just love to ruin people days and I can’t enjoy the game because of them. I can just mute them, but seeing their 1st toxic sentence already ruins it for me. I don’t want to keep muting everyone right when the game starts so I was wondering if I can disable all chat or if they can add that feature.

you can mute each enemy player at the beginning of the game, from chat only.

I believe it’s social.

yeah just go to settings and click the orange text box, and the blue text box

You can squelch individuals at least.

I believe /hidechat is what you are looking for.

edit: maybe that isn’t what you are looking for, I’m confused now.

While in game hit P and then over under channels click the Text box on both.

ctrl+h removes chat window if i remember combination right
