Is there a way to get Junos heal to make a noise?

I swear it used to make a little wooshing noise whenever you healed but there’s no feedback whatsoever now so i’m not sure if I was imagining that, but if possible is there a way to turn it on?

I usually hear a “liquid splash” sound when Im using your MediBlaster on a teammate. Sounds kinda like a water squirt gun.

Is this in Stadium? I played Reinhardt and Juno not to long ago and those hit indicator noises you get when you hit an enemy or heal a team mate weren’t going off. Weird swinging as Reinhardt and not hearing the hits and thinking am I hitting them? while I am actually hitting them.

All healing makes the same generic noise, Juno’s primary fire included. Juno’s Pulsar’s also make a unique healing noise.

You may not be hearing it, because it is kinda low (and I can’t hear it anymore, either). Blizzard didn’t really do a good job on hit-feedback or visual detection on these things and they now seem to be finally getting to them.
